Beautiful necklace of the Cupadera range with a roadrunner in front. Has the coordinates on the back. The artist, Teresa Jardines, uses a revolutionary medium called metal clay in which precious metal particles are mixed with an organic binder and water. In this raw form, its properties are like that of clay which allows Teresa to use her artistic talents to mold and design each piece individually. Once fired at approximately 1,500 degrees in a kiln, the organic binder burns off, and what is left is .999 fine silver.
