In conjunction with the refuge, Friends hosts a series of events each year.

Most events have an educational element. Some events raise funds so that Friends can support the refuge’s many critical projects and programs. Other events are cost free and are primarily intended for community outreach. Below is a partial calendar of events for December 1st, 2020 through December 11th, 2021.
